Last year there were over 100 participants! Let’s represent this year and send the regions winner to the next level of competition.   This event is for 9U -12U only. Players from all D62 leagues, as well as Villa Park and Laguna, will be participating. To participate, you must email [email protected] stating: -player's name -league age or DOB -current team, and -favorite MLB player This will need to be done no later than Sunday, May 26th. This is key to the order you will bat. It’s a first come, first reply order. You are more than welcome to register the day of; however, you will be placed in the order we receive the registration/waiver form. This year you will get 1 minute and 30 seconds to hit as many dingers as possible.Fence is set at 170 ft. Returning winners, Cash Hall of Seaview (2022 winner who made it to Williamsport), Justin Garcia of HVLL (2021 winner who made it to Seattle), and Dean Shoga of OVLL (2023 winner) will participate in a short exhibition derby to kick off the home run derby!   You must wear your HVLL jersey to the event if you are going to participate.   We need VOLUNTEERS for pitchers, catchers, ball shaggers, and ball judges during the event.Please send volunteer request to [email protected].   Please see the attached Participant Release Form, fill it out, and return to [email protected].   Please call or text Blu with any questions: 714-580-2602   There will be refreshments and food available to purchase from the Snack Shack.
