In-Person Registration

Everyone registering MUST bring in their registration documents to be physically viewed and verified. Players are not considered fully registered until documents have been verified.

Registration documents include proof of player's age (original or certified copy) AND either three (3) proofs of residency or School Enrollment Form. Click HERE for required documents.
