The schedule for evaluations are as follows:

MPAAA/MPAA - 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Club Field
Minors - 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at Club Field
Majors - 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at Club Field
Intermediate - 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. at Club Field
Juniors - 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at Jr/Sr Field

Every player league age 7 and up are required to attend the evaluations. If a player wants to move up in a division, they have to attend the evaluations for the division they want to move into and the division their age is grouped into.

MPA and Tball do not participate in evaluations.
