ANNOUNCEMENTS

All players in machine pitch and major leagues should be hearing from a coach in the next few days as those coaches have received their rosters. Until the games start they are in charge of setting their own practice days, times, and locations at free will. (League will email coaches soon to check no conflicts at Rieke Park) Once games start there will be one night a week designated at Rieke Park on a dimaond and batting cage for those teams between Wednesday through Friday. If a coach chooses to practice anymore then that it is at their discretion.

We are still waiting to get a few more coaches for tee ball and coach pitch teams so once we finalize that coaches will get their rosters and begin reaching out to players to get practices going. Those teams do not have designated practice times on a field but typically have 1 practice a week in the open grassy areas at Rieke Park.

We are still in the process of having evaluations for the teenage/junior league and will email out to those players soon on when the evaluations will take place.

Important Dates Coming Up For Auburn Little League:

* Teenage/Junior League Evaluations week of 4/8/24 (Email will be sent out soon on exact date, time, and location)

* Opening Day 4/20/24 (Times & meeting locations to come soon)

* Auburn Little League Day at DeKalb High School Varsity Baseball Game 4/25/24 at 5:00 P.M. against East Noble. Players get into game for free with Auburn Little League jersey. Will line up for National Anthem on field and run bases after the game. (More details to be posted soon)

* Picture Day is 5/4/24 at Rieke Park or Rieke Park Lodge if raining. (Times will be posted soon and packets to coaches soon)
