Warrior Equipment Pick up on July 28, 2019

Dear Pomperaug Warrior Families,

Equipment pick-up for the 2019 season will be held on Sunday, July 28, 2019.  Pick-up will take place at the Equipment Shed, adjacent to the field, at Pomperaug High School.  All players will be issued helmets, practice jersey, pants (practice and game), shoulder pads and mouth guards.  Game jerseys will be handed out at a later date during practice.

 

The schedule for pick up is as follows:

U8 and U10 from 9:00am-11:00am

U12 and U14 from 11:00-1:00

 

Please come at your scheduled time slot to avoid any sizing/paperwork confusion.  If you are unable to make your scheduled pick-up you will need to contact your head coach before August 1st   to make alternate arrangements.   Players do not wear full pads the first week of practice and we will have some extra helmets available on August 1st.  Your coach will send you a complete list of what to wear/bring and your practice schedule prior to August 1.

 

Paperwork: Any player that does not hand in their completed paperwork will NOT receive equipment.  If you are new to the program, we need your birth certificate or a valid passport.  All players must hand in their player contract, physical form, conduct form and final report cards from 2018-2019 school year.  All forms must be one sided and originals.  If you registered online we still need your paperwork.  The forms can be found on our website at www.pomperaugwarriors.com
