Online registration

You must upload a current photo of your child (headshot only) to register.
You will have to pay a minimum of $25 (plus $3 service fee) to secure a spot. Payment may be cash, check or card (cash/check must be turned in on April 23th @ in person registration).
Once registration is complete you will receive a confirmation email with a link to sports affinity where you will sign your player contract and medical form online. (you login with your same username and password from blue sombrero)
