The purpose of the Club shall be to promote, develop, and administer the game of soccer among youth (boys and girls under 19 years of age), residing within the Silver Falls School District (4J), and the Mt. Angel School District (91) and surrounding areas, and to promote amateur soccer competition for these youth.

The mission of the Club is to serve youth of all ages and levels of competition in the greater Silverton area. We shall teach, govern, promote and encourage all aspects of the game of soccer with the primary aim of developing fundamental skills, self confidence, self worth and team cooperation an atmosphere that is safe, competitive and fun.
