DTQ Opening Night April 5 @6pm

Pizza orders are due by Friday, March 29th.

You will pick up your pre-ordered pizza at a separate station on Opening Night.  No forms will be accepted on Opening Night.  You must submit this form electronically by Friday, March 29th AND submit payment via the Square link to complete a pre-paid order for pick-up.
