The Invasion Volleyball Club, Inc. has gone above and beyond to join the HOA Region in bringing integrity back to the sport of volleyball in the KC area by qualifying for the HOA Gold Standard Program. We have made a commitment that we will focus on our current players throughout the entirety of the current club season. We have proven ourselves in our ability to retain our players and coaches year to year. We have documented our ability to provide Safe-Sport trained coaches as well as coaches who understand the rules and have completed all officiating courses in advance of the season. In addition, our coaches will not be recruiting players from outside of the Invasion Volleyball Club until after the player’s club season has ended. We are very excited to participate in the HOA Gold Standard Program and hope you can see the value that qualifying for this program brings to Invasion!

To become admitted into this program, Invasion met the following criteria:

1. All Invasion members are in Good Standing with HOA. 

2. Invasion met all Officiating Requirements.

3. All Invasion staff and coaches completed the USAV Safe-Sport Program.

4. Retained 50% or more of our players from the previous year.

5. Retained 50% or more of our coaching staff from the previous year.

6. Pledged to not have coaches communicate with any player/parents from outside the club, about the upcoming season until the individual's season has ended.
