Dear Potential Sponsor/Local Business Owner,

As a Youth Sports Organization in the New Hartford area, we believe in community involvement that strengthens relationships between our organizations and local businesses. This valuable relationship is a benefit to all, as both sides provide support to each other. We, as a local non-profit organization, are asking for your support for the 2023 Pop Warner Football and Cheer Season.

The New Hartford Pop Warner (NHPW) Association was established in 1973 and has been a very successful program. Each year our organization serves over 100 families who live in the township and village of New Hartford. In recent years, the program developed a Flag program which, prepares players for successful tackle teams. This has resulted in multiple playoff appearances and championships over the last few years at various levels, including an appearance at all three Tri-Valley Pop Warner Championships last season. In addition to NHPW preparing athletes for the next level of play, we are helping kids to develop leadership skills, build character, and know the importance of being part of a team. Your donation will help us continue the success of the past and develop the future youth of New Hartford Football. We are hoping that we can count on your support heading into this season.

The cost to maintain our organization continues to grow as do the number of families we serve. We are grateful that both the town and school district are supportive of our program but the need to fundraise to support various initiatives is a constant. 100% of our fundraising dollars go directly into our program to purchase equipment, uniforms, and helmets, as well as funding our practice space, game day activities and operating expenses (insurance). Since we are a non-profit 501C organization, the partnership with our community is critical to our success.

As the premier youth organization in this area, the Pop Warner organization emphasizes academic excellence for our athletes as well. In 2022, the Pop Warner Football-Eastern Region honored 12 New Hartford athletes (Grades 5-7) for academic excellence. These recipients each had an average GPA of 95 to 100, with 3 players receiving 1^st team recognition, 5 receiving 2^nd team recognition and 4 receiving Honorable Mention. We are very proud of these student-athletes whose accomplishments go far beyond that of the field.
