SAFETY FIRST

NHPW has always been an organization dedicated to the safety and well being of its players. For the 2017 season, new equipment including top of the line helmets and tackling circles have been purchased for our players. All coaches have/will participate in the USA Football Heads Up Program from flag all the way through tackle levels. In addition, to new equipment and critical education for coaches, NHPW is thrilled to announce its new partnership with the Charles T. Sitrin Home Equibrianium Concussion Management Program. All tackle level players will have the opportunity to complete baseline concussion testing at the Sitrin Campus located right in New Hartford. The testing will be free of charge (with paid registration).
To sign up for the concussion baseline testing program, you will need to complete the consent form and contact Sitrin at 315-737-2246. We, the board of New Hartford Pop Warner strongly encourage all tackle players and their parents take advantage of this offer.
