The Greater Cabarrus Athletic Association (GCAA) is
a homeschool Christian athletic organization designed to provide
families in and around Cabarrus County, NC the opportunity
to play on a competitive sports teams. GCAA offers a wide variety of
sports for both homeschool girls and boys. The goal of our program and
all activities that we do is to promote and provide a Christian
environment for spiritual and character growth that honors and glorifies
the Lord Jesus Christ through competitive athletics. GCAA Stallions Basketball,
a part of the Greater Cabarrus Athletic Association (GCAA), will soon
be starting the 2017-18 season. We are a competitive basketball program
which emphasizes fundamental soundness, teamwork, and hustle on the
court, and actions and attitudes that honor God—on and off the court.
Our teams on the middle school, junior varsity, and varsity levels, are
consistently in the running for the NCHE State Championship. Our home
games are played at Central Baptist Church Family Center located at 1810 Moose Road, Kannapolis, NC 28083.
This is also where we practice. We are blessed by the kindness and
generosity shown to us by the people of Central Baptist Church.
