TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS ADDENDUM

  

  •    Pool play format will be used. The winners of each pool will advance to the championship round. If needed, tire breaker rules as outlined
              in the Little League rule book will be used to determine a winner
  •    Regular Season rules regarding pitching, substitutions and mandatory play are in effect.
         
           We will use a 9 player lineup. Please read rules 3.03, 4.04 & 7.14. It is the responsibility of the managers to know the rules.

       
           Substitutions will be made by the manager.

           No new inning will start after 2 hrs for Major games if a game follows subject to rules 4.10 & 4.11. A new inning begins when the last out of an inning is made. Exception: Tie games will continue until a winner is determined. Exception: There is no time limit for semi-final & championship games.

           No new inning will start after 2hrs 15 min for all Junior games subject to rules 4.10 & 4.11. A new inning begins when the last out of an inning is made. Exception: Tie games will continue until a winner is determined. Exception: championship game

 

 

  •     Protests: The District Administrator is the final authority on protests.

 

  •     Forfeits:

 

o   Little League Rule 4.16; If a team is unable to place nine (9) players at the end of the grace period, that team will forfeit.

o   Little League Rule 4.17: If a team cannot field nine (9) players and have no players available for re-entry, or a team refuses to place nine (9) players on the field, that team will forfeit.

 

  •    Schedules Changes: Schedule changes can only be done by the District Administrator or his agent. 

 

  •    Rosters: Only Roster players can participate. Exception: With the approval of the District Administrator, a team who is unable to field nine (9) players may request to use a player from another team not in the tournament from their league . The borrowed player will be chosen by the Player Agent, not the manager. The borrowed player cannot pitch. The District Administrator or his agent must approve any pool; player.

 

Any matters not covered by Official Rules or the Addendum can be ruled on by the District Administrator. The District Administrator decisions are final.
