  • REGISTRATION OF PLAYERS, AND COACHES:
  •   PLAYERS: Players will register as individuals online @ www.lovehatbox.com

If the player is a new player that is not returning to, or does not have a team, your child will be assigned to a team in random order. If your child would like to play for a certain coach or be on the same team as a friend you will be given an opportunity to note that in the registration process. LHBX will attempt to honor as many of those requests as possible but LHBX cannot guarantee that all requests will be granted. We make every attempt to place players with coaches that will take them, but it is not always a fast process. If you have registered a player and not received a call, please remember that coaches are volunteers and we ask that you be patient through this time. Your new coach will contact you to tell you where you have been scheduled to practice and your practice times.

  • COACHES:
Coaches must also sign up to coach online @ www.lovehatbox.com
Coaches, we ask that you list your team name with us so that we can begin assigning your players to your team. We also cannot guarantee that games for coaches or parents with multiple teams will not over-lap. We will attempt to avoid this situation, but cannot guarantee it. To our coaches THANK YOU!
  •  Coaches must submit Team Roster prior to first game or game will be ruled a forfeit. This includes copies of birth certificates. Team rosters are required to include the date signed by the coach, the school each player attends and players’ physical addresses (no P.O. Boxes). The town or school represented must be a part of the team name. The team’s home field address where league home games are played must also be designated on the team roster form. Rosters must have the league president’s signature for approval and will be accepted only if submitted by the league president. Players cannot be added after the June 1 deadline without the league president’s approval. IF A PLAYER IS ADDED TO ROSTER BEFORE JUNE 1t, YOU MUST CONTACT LEAGUE DIRECTOR FOR APPROVAL AND PROPER REGISTRATION.

You must submit the name the player(s) in question with a $100.00 protest fee per player protested. The protest will be ruled on by the League Director/UIC.
