During the registration process, you will be required to agree to our Release and Waiver of Liability ("RELEASE").  A full copy of the RELEASE, which we have used for the past five seasons, is found below:

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I will abide by the rules of Hull Tee Ball Inc.’s tee ball league (hereinafter 'the LEAGUE').

Recognizing the possibility of physical injury associated with athletic activities and in consideration for Hull Tee Ball Inc. accepting my son, daughter or ward (hereinafter 'the REGISTRANT') into the LEAGUE; as parent/guardian of the REGISTRANT, I hereby waive, release, indemnify and agree to hold harmless Hull Tee Ball Inc. and its organizers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, participants and affiliated organizations (including, but not limited to, the owners of fields and facilities utilized in the course of the REGISTRANT’s participation in the LEAGUE), for any and all claims of any nature, whatsoever, for injuries and/or consequential damages which may be sustained by the REGISTRANT arising out of or in the course of participation in the LEAGUE.
