We are training the next generation of football players, cheerleaders, and mascots. We strive to teach skills, integrity, team work, self discipline, leadership, and good sportsmanship. We teach proper hitting and tackling techniques - with an emphasis on safety.

  DC Jr. Cougars is a non-profit organization organized for the charitable and educational purposes of:  
(a) To instill permanently in the youth of the community the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, discipline, self respect and respect for authority and others so that they may become well adjusted, stronger and happier young people who will grow to be good, decent, healthy and trustworthy citizens.  
(b) To familiarize players with the fundamentals of Tackle Football AND Cheer leading, to provide an opportunity to play the game in a supervised, organized and safety-oriented manner and to keep the welfare of participants free of any adult ambitions and personal glory.           WIN OR LOSE - WE PLAY WITH PRIDE!
