WELCOME TO OUR T-BIRDS FOOTBALL CONDITIONING CAMP REGISTRATION!

Prepare your athlete for the upcoming football season with our Spring/Summer conditioning camp. Once again, we are excited to partner with premier Trainer and Athletic Performance Engineer Mike Neal of Real Neal Sports. Last year's camp was a huge hit!

A $350 registration fee cannot be refunded once your player steps on the field for his 1st practice.
When you register, you are registering for the full 3 week camp. You will not be credited for days missed.
All registrations are subject to approval by T-Birds Football.

WELCOME TO T-BIRDS 2024 SEASON REGISTRATION!

This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and you must submit payment to complete registration. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your payment information available.

Once your athlete is registered with T-Birds, they cannot be registered with any other Youth Football & Cheer Organization. Failure to comply, will result in removal of the athlete from T-Birds and refund will not be offered. The T-Birds reserve the right as a private club sport to remove anyone from the program.

WHAT IS DEVELOPMENT TEAMS?

We are proud to offer developmental teams to our program. Developmental is designed for newer players to the game of football. It teaches the basics and fundamentals of the game, this program provides each player more time on the field and plays on each side of the ball (both Offense and Defense). Our Developmental teams will have the same practice schedule and number of games as our Competitive teams. We have many leagues that participate in this program and due to the high demand of field space in our area, most of our developmental games (if not all) will be played at away locations and not at Monte Vista High School.

COST FOR FOOTBALL

$675 (to be paid in full at time of registration)

**PLEASE READ**

The registration fee cannot be refunded once your player steps on the field for his/her 1st practice. There will be a partial refund of $400 if your player is released from the team (cut). Participants that quit on their own are not available to receive a refund.
We anticipate fielding developmental teams which should greatly limit or eliminate any cuts being made but we cannot guarantee that until we know the number of athletes signed up for each division.
There is a TRYOUT period. Your Registration payment DOES NOT guarantee you a spot on the team
All registrations are subject to approval by San Ramon Valley TBirds Board of Directors.
Although your player may sign up for a specific division, we reserve the right to place any player on the team the coaches and board feel is the most appropriate.
Rules and weight requirements may change before the season starts.
Refunds: Please understand that football is a very costly sport and most leagues do not offer refunds because of the very high over head costs associated with the program. If your athlete decides to quit three weeks into practice it does not change the fact that we had to purchase all the jersey’s, clothing, helmets, pads and other costs associated with fielding a player. However, we will offer refunds based on the following timeline:
Before 06/1/2024 - $500 refund
Before 07/15/2024 - $300 refund
On or After 07/15/2024 - $0 refund unless the player is cut (not quit)

EQUIPMENT DEPOSIT: $400 EQUIPMENT DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED - PLEASE BRING A CHECK FOR THIS AT T-BIRD DAY. WILL NOT BE CASHED UNLESS EQUIPMENT IS NOT RETURNED AT THE END OF THE SEASON

VOLUNTEER DEPOSIT: $600 VOLUNTEER DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED - PLEASE BRING A CHECK FOR THIS AT T-BIRD DAY. THIS WILL NOT BE CASHED UNLESS VOLUNTEER HOURS ARE NOT COMPLETED BY THE END OF THE SEASON.

Jr. Pee Wee Older/Lighter 9 years Max Weight 65 lbs

Pee Wee 9-10 (Less than 120 lbs) X-Man over 120 lbs

Pee Wee Older/Lighter 11 Years less than 85 lbs

Jr. Varsity 11-12 Years Old (Less than 150 lbs) X-Man over 150 lbs.

Jr. Varsity Older-Lighter 13 years & less than 115 lbs

Varsity 12-14* Years Old (No maximum weight) X-Man over 180 lbs
