Our 2024 Spring Season Player Evaluations will be held on February 3, 2024.

BASEBALL - 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
SOFTBALL - 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
TEE BALL - No Player Evaluation.

Please dress your players in practice attire. Players will also need equipment for evaluations, such as a batting helmet and fielding glove. If your player still needs to get their own equipment, no worries! The League will have extra equipment players may borrow for evaluations.

* What are Player Evaluations?
Player evaluations are when all players of a division practice together for coaches to assess each player's ability and allow them to draft teams of equal ability and years of experience.

* Are Player Evaluations Mandatory?
Player Evaluations are mandatory for all players except for Tee Ball. If a player cannot attend Evaluations and provides an acceptable excuse to the board of directors, the player may be drafted/placed on a team.

If a player does not attend evaluations or provide an excuse to the board of directors, the player will be placed on a waiting list, and registration fees will not be refunded.

* What is a waiting list?
When teams have reached the maximum allotted players, the additional players are placed on a waiting list and may be placed on a team if a player listed on a current team has been withdrawn due to injury. Our waiting list also consists of players who did not attend Player Evaluations and did not receive approval for their absence.
