One Team One Unit encourages development by providing the youth the opportunity to correlate athletic skills with life skills to demonstrate leadership; install core values and character building through positive instruction and increasing self-esteem. Emphasis is on learning, playing, and enjoying the sport while instilling high moral standards by stressing the importance of academic achievement and community involvement. Helping disadvantage kids become leaders,gain recognition and exposure through their works. OTOU will provide a safe, secure and positive environment with the youth, parents and surrounding community at all times
