First Day of Practice is 6/20/2023

1. Practice days this week will be Tuesday & Thursday 6pm-8pm
2. HYDRATION - Please make sure your athlete is hydrating daily. With the current summer heat it is imperative for the athletes to not wait until the get to practice to hydrate.
3. For anyone who has not registered in the system, you need to do so ASAP. All rosters are almost full and once they are at capacity athletes will be placed on a waiting list until a spot opens up. 
4. Tackle teams - We will have equipment distribution this Thursday 6/22 as well as another fitting for the athletes that missed the first fitting.
