Registration FAQ:
1) A parent or legal guardian must register each player.
2) You will need a copy of the player's certified birth certificate, FL state driver's license or ID, and a copy of a bill showing player's address for proof of residency. Bring these documents to In-Person registration days or email to [email protected]
