The USA Hockey website has a vast amount of information about the proper ways to develop your skills off the rink. They have spent a great deal of time fine tuning age specific instruction and created fun dryland exercises that are appropriate for their level of development. They suggest that doing the drills for drills for 30 minutes 1-2 times per week will help introduce skills like multi-directional movement and speed, agility, balance, coordination, rhythm and special awareness. Please click on the links below to review some of the resources they offer.
