Spring baseball and softball are right around the corner, and we’re excited for another great season here at New Castle Little League! ⚾️ Families who have already registered their players online must complete the final step of registration — in-person document drop-off — before the season begins.
📅 Document Drop-Off Dates & Times
Please plan to attend ONE of the following drop-off sessions. A parent or legal guardian must attend with the required paperwork:

Sunday, March 1 | 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Sunday, March 15 | 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Tuesday, April 7 | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
These in-person sessions help us verify that every player has the proper documentation on file so we can start the season smoothly and safely.
📄 What Documents Are Required
To complete registration, every player must submit the following items at drop-off:

Player Birth Certificate – Official proof of age for league eligibility

Proof of Residency or School Attendance – Meets Little League boundary requirements

Player Medical Form / Physical – Completed and signed by a physician (if required)

Parent / Guardian Contact & Emergency Info

Signed Waivers & Consent Forms – Including liability and photo/video releases
For residency, families must provide documentation from at least one item in each of three groups (documents must be dated between February 1 of the previous year and February 1 of the current year). Detailed requirements and examples are available on the league’s registration page.
