As we approach playoffs and the end of our spring season, this is a gentle reminder that each family is asked to contribute 6 hours of volunteer time. Working a shift (or two!) at the snack stand is a fun and easy way to check those hours off your list, and we recently added a few more shifts to choose from!
Volunteer shifts are available in 1, 1.5, or 2 hour blocks, but please keep in mind that times may shift if game schedules change.
Important: Signing up reserves your spot, but don’t forget to sign in and out at the stand when you arrive and finish — that’s how we make sure your hours are officially counted.
If a time slot you signed up for gets canceled (due to weather or other changes), it won’t be automatically rescheduled — you’ll need to go back in and sign up for a new slot that fits your schedule.
Volunteers are required to complete 6 hours of volunteer time otherwise your volunteer bond will be cashed at the end of the season.
