It is that time of year to submit your application for the 2026 Baseball and Softball Tournament.

Texas East State Umpires are well trained volunteer umpires who travel at their own expense. Each year, the District Administrators throughout the State submit the names of their umpires for consideration to both the Texas East State Baseball and Softball Tournaments. Umpires are then selected, from this list, to serve at the Texas East State Tournaments.

All applications must be filled out with all required information and signed by the District Administrator and received by December 31st, 2025:

1. State Application For 2026. To download and print the form, click here.
2. Little League Volunteer Form for 2026 (when released from Little League International).
3. A copy of the Texas Drivers License or government issued ID.
