Park availability status is subject to the open/close times of ORWALL park.  Generally, the park is open at 5:00 PM during the week and at 8:00 AM on Saturday, closing after the last scheduled game or practice, during the season.  The park is closed during all other days and times, unless specifically scheduled through ORWALL, even if the park banner indicates "open."  Park use is limited to current ORWALL players and teams under the direct supervision of their team's manager or adult assistant coach during the current season for the above days/times mentioned here, exclusive of team-specific events reserved through ORWALL or other contractual obligations.  During the off season, the park is closed for maintenance and field rehabilitation.  Trespassing is forbidden.  Park rules can be found here.
