Boundaries

To be eligible to play at HVLL, players must reside or attend school within our league’s boundary. Schools located within HVLL's boundary include, but may not be limited to Newland, Oka, Perry, and Smith Elementary, Kinetic Academy, and Dwyer and Talbert Middle Schools.  If you reside outside our boundary, but attend a school within it, Little League requires that submit a School Enrollment Form, which is located below.  If you are outside our league's boundaries and wish to know in which Little League you qualify, visit http://www.littleleague.org/LeagueFinder.htm for more information.

Be a Good Neighbor!

Remember to use common courtesy as it relates to our HVLL neighbors. If we do our part, they will love springtime (a.k.a. baseball season) as much as we do!

Respect residential speed limits as many of our neighbors have small children. There are also lots of HVLL families and friends crossing the street in this area.

The HB Police will again be ticketing cars that are illegally parked in the area, including in front of driveways (even hanging over a little bit), red zones, and most importantly near fire hydrants. Choose your spot carefully and save yourself the headache, hassle, and cost of a hefty parking ticket.

Please pick up and properly dispose of ANY trash you see at the fields and on the surrounding streets.

Please do your best to keep
early morning noise to a minimum.
