Winter Clinics start Sunday January 22nd

Baseball and Softball Winter Clinics will begin Sunday January 22nd at the Barrington Middle School gym.  These clinics are free and will be held every Sunday.  Please check the calendar on the website for dates/times.

These clinics are open to players that participated in the 2022 season and any new players for the 2023 season.  New players must be registered for the 2023 season prior to attending the clinics.

The schedule is as follows:

Softball (ages 6-12) - 12:00pm-1:30pm
Instructional & Rookie Baseball (ages 6-8) - 1:30pm-3:00pm
Minors Baseball (ages 9-10) - 3:00pm-4:30pm
Majors & Babe Ruth Baseball (ages 11-15) - 4:30pm-6:00pm

We ask that when attending the clinics that you enter the school via Door #12, which is located on the back side of the building near the outdoor basketball hoops.  Also, please have your child bring a pair of sneakers to change into once inside the gym.  With the added salt and sand in the parking lot, we don't want to leave scratches on the gym floor.

Players should bring a glove, bat, helmet, face mask (for softball) and a water bottle.  We recommend that the players name is on all equipment they bring into the gym.  We will provide bats and helmets for those who don't have one.  Last but not least, no hard baseballs or softballs are allowed in the gym.  We will provide indoor balls for all clinics.
