Position - Tournament Director:

Tournament teams and running tournaments have become a part of the normal in youth baseball. Currently there is no one that assists in the running of a home tournament. Lower age baseball VP and softball VP currently construct teams and run tryouts. We would like to remove these tasks from them to allow them to focus on in-house play.  8 out of 9 local organizations have this position.

Position – Equipment and Supplies:

Currently equipment falls under the duties of VP of Fields & Maintenance. Fields VP currently has the responsibility of 10 fields, which is a year-round job. I propose that we remove equipment and supplies duties from Fields VP. This new position would be responsible for making sure all teams receive the proper equipment for safe play, order supplies for fields, and order jerseys for each season
