Remember, Little League is about developing the future of baseball/softball players.  Everyone develops differently and every athlete has different skills at different positions.  The goal is to develop each athlete with respect to being well rounded and most importantly have fun and enjoy the game.

The success of a coach should be measured not by wins and losses but by how many athletes sign up to play the following year.
