We will be having onsite registration and paperwork verification days on the following days:
January 7th, 2020 at Peter Piper Pizza 5925 E. Broadway Blvd 6pm-8pm
January 25th, 2020 at Palo Verde Park Field 2 from 10am-12pm
January 31st, 2020 at Palo Verde Park Field 2 from 6pm-8pm
February 1st, 2020 at Palo Verde Park Field 2 from 10am-12pm
February 1st, 2020 at Palo Verde Park Field 2 from 3pm-5pm
2020 Registration Fees
Tee Ball - $80.00
Coach Pitch – Early Bird $90.00 / After 01/07/20 $110.00
Minors/Majors/Intermediate/Juniors – Early Bird $120.00 / After 01/07/2020 $140.00
Softball – Early Bird $120.00 / After 01/07/2020 $140.00
*Please note that an additional $30.00 Volunteer Fee will be charged at time of registration. This fee is refundable, at the end of the season, if you do volunteer your time.
Required Paperwork
Please be sure to bring your player's birth certificate and three forms of residency verification to any registration/verification date if you were not able to upload them to the registration website. All dated bills MUST be dated between February 1, 2019 and February 1, 2020. A list of the approved documents can be found below and you must provide 1 form from each group.

If your player attends a school within our leagues boundaries, you can use the school enrollment form in lieu of the 3 forms or residency for verification. Please note, unless you just moved to Tucson, the school residency form is only valid if your child was registered and attending that school as of October 1st, 2019.

To expedite your registration process you can also print out a medical release and model release and fill them out at home.

These forms will also be made available at any in-person registration event.
A physical is not required to participate in Little League. We do require each participant to have a current medical release on file. A copy of this form is attached for you to print and fill out at home for your convenience. These forms will also be made available at any in-person registration event.
Evaluations
All players in the minors and majors division must attend 2 out of the 3 evaluations dates below at Palo Verde Park Field 2.
January 31st from 6pm-8pm
February 1st from 10am-12pm
February 1st from 3pm-5pm
