Cactus Little League Annual Meeting

Good evening.  This is a reminder from the new Cactus Little League that the Annual Board meeting is taking place tomorrow.  The details are below.  All are welcome to attend and encouraged to participate as board members.  

The Palo Verde Little League email addresses of our families will be merged with Freedom Little League's listing. Once the Cactus Little League website, registration and email accounts are set up, you will receive more information.

For those families that opted to credit the 2020 Spring fees, your information has been documented and will be honored with the new little league.  

Dear Freedom, Palo Verde, and now Cactus Little League Families,   

I'm writing to remind you that we will have our Cactus Little League (formerly Freedom and Palo Verde) Annual Meeting (held virtually) this Thursday, October 22nd at 7:00pm.   
If you're interested in joining the new Cactus Little League Board (and we definitely need new board members) please email me and plan to attend this meeting. 
The meeting is open to everyone so you're welcome to attend even if you don't want to join the board or if you just want to learn more about the board.  For more information about the Board positions and roles follow this link:

In particular, we need to fill the following positions:
Safety Officer
Concession Manager   

But if you're interested in another role, or just want to be a general board member please email me at [email protected] before the meeting.  The commitment level can be at whatever level you can handle.  We meet approximately once per month to discuss League business.
