Background checks

Please Ensure that if you are a manager or plan on assistant coaching you must have ALL 3 of these specific checks completed. All hard copies can be turned into managers once practices start. If any of the 3 checks are not completed you can not participate in practices or games until they are done. Please follow directions below for each of the 3 checks.

Background Checks - As an organization working with kids we are required to have several background checks completed for all that plan on volunteering. If the 3 checks are not completed then you can not coach or assist with practices.

1. JDP - this is a Little League International requirement that must be completed annually. Request the JDP link by emailing [email protected].

2. PA Child Abuse History Clearance - go to https://www.compass.state.pa.us/cwis/public/home to fill out application. This check is valid for 5 years.

3. PA State Police Access to Criminal History - go to https://epatch.state.pa.us/ to fill out application. This check is valid for 3 years
