Wooster Summer Baseball is a  non-profit organization that depends on volunteers to help run our baseball programs. We look for good people with an interest in working with kids, some baseball knowledge, and a positive attitude to serve as our coaches and parents to help in the concession stand. Without the hard work of volunteers our organization could not exist.

We look for volunteers who will teach our players not only baseball skills, to play fair, to win, and to do their best, but to develop the characteristics of hard work, respect for themselves, their coaches and teammates, other players, their parents, baseball facilities, and umpires, good sportsmanship, and being a team player.

Parents are expected to volunteer in the concession stand. The stand is an important fund-raiser for our organization. We ask that all parents support our coaches and players, respect the decisions of the umpires, and encourage their players to strive to win, play fair and do their best.
