2021 Spring Raffle Buyout Refunds

If you paid a raffle buyout with your 2021 registration, please email us at [email protected] and include your child's name, team name, and division of play. You may choose one of the following three options:

OPTION 1: Roll your buyout over as a credit toward the 2022 season. Use 2021 RAFFLE BUYOUT ROLL OVER in your subject line and follow the directions below.

OPTION 2: Request a refund for your raffle buyout. Use 2021 RAFFLE BUYOUT REFUND in your subject line and follow the directions below.

OPTION 3: Consider turning your buyout into a donation to LCMLL. We are a non-profit organization and all donations are tax deductible. Your donations will be used toward field improvements, including the purchase of a new scoreboard for our softball teams on Optimist Field. Use 2021 RAFFLE BUYOUT DONATION in your subject line and follow the directions below.

Emails must be sent to [email protected] You must include your name, your child(ren)’s name, the division(s) they played, and their team name(s) in the body of the email. We will respond as quickly as possible.
