Holiday Matrix Tournament Details

Below is the list of start times and court assignments. Most important item is the start time. Please review as the original play has changed slightly.

PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES EARLY to check-in. The success of this tournament is very time dependent. You will see what we mean.

Parent volunteers needed.
1) Ready Bench organizers. Every few minutes, girls will change partners on their court. These girls need to be ready for a quick transition.
2) Score Runners. After each game, the score of the game needs to be recorded and given to the official scorer. We need volunteers to write the score and transport them to the official table.
3) Game scorekeepers. The only qualification is that you should be able to count and remember numbers. No referee skills needed.
4) Stroke and Turn judge...Whoops, not a swim meet but it sure sounds like one.

Girls are asked to set up near their court so they don't get lost during their short water breaks.

Courts are numbered 1-2-3. Court 1 is closest to the entrance.

Bring snacks/drinks to share.

There will be TShirts for sale for $15. If and when we run out, we can order more to arrive in 7-10 days.
