TNT Volleyball Philly was formed in 2016 in an effort to create a volleyball club that was affordable for families, and recognized that many of the best volleyball players are multi-sport athletes.  TNT strives to bring the full club experience for the players, without forcing parents to make decisions such as "Should we play club volleyball, or take a family vacation this year?".

Sounds great, but how is it possible to get the full club experience at a fraction of the price?

TNT teams practice twice per week for 3.5 hours of practice time per week.  You will not be charged for additional sessions that you can't use as part of your club fee, such as 5pm clinics and strength training time.  If girls are interested in playing more than twice per week, TNT will help you find affordable clinics in the area offered by excellent coaches.

TNT does not go overboard with swag as part of the club fee.  We recognize that girls need certain items to help them identify with their club.  A nice jersey, and a quality backpack to name a few.  Teams may choose to add additional items as part of their package.  Parents and players are free to purchase additional swag items as they see fit, from our swag specialists.  TNT does not mark up swag purchases, or overwhelm you with 'free' items that you ultimately pay for with your club fee.

TNT avoids the high priced gym fees. TNT works hard to find practice facilities that are reasonably priced.  This helps control club fees as court costs represent the largest expense for a club.

TNT ends the season in earlier.  Everyone knows that as springtime arrives after a long cold winter, players don't like to practice indoors.  Can you say Spring Fever?  TNT does not force teams to pay for 6 more weeks of practice time and coaching, just to attend another tournament.  Once spring time rolls around, girls are thinking about things like exams, prom, lacrosse, softball, and the great outdoors.  Nobody ever says "I just wish the club volleyball season stretched a little further into the summer".

TNT encourages older players to coach the younger players.  TNT believes that you learn more when teaching.  Many of the older TNT players volunteer to help coach the younger players.  We believe that younger players look up to the older girls, and that the older girls can give back to the next generation of players though coaching.  Each of the 18U girls will adopt a 'little sister', and look out for them during the course of the season.
