Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 2017 Southwest Regional Tournament. Due to great volunteers, such as yourself, we are the successful organization that we are. Know that in volunteering, you join 1 million other volunteers from around the world in contributing to a better experience for the 2.4 million Little League® players who participate in this great sport. For what you have done and are about to do we say thank you.
We offer two direct options to become involved with either Softball, Baseball, or both parts of the Southwest Regional Tournament. You can become an Ambassador for a team which means that you will be the point of contact regarding local suggestions for dining, fun team building exercises, and more. Or be a game day Volunteer and be a part of the action during the day to day operations of the tournament. Keep score, assist in the Gift Shop, or be on hand to help with Opening Ceremonies or our Challenger Game.
Either way you will need to complete the corresponding Ambassador Application or Volunteer Application and return to our office along with completed background application form and copy of valid driver’s license.

• Opening Ceremony: Wednesday, July 26th at 6:00p at the Waco Suspension Bridge located at
Indian Spring Park- 101 N. University Parks Dr., Waco, TX 76701
• Tournament Games: July 27th – August 1st at the George W. Bush Little League Leadership Training
Center
BASEBALL
• Opening Ceremony: Wednesday, August 2nd at 6:00p at the Waco Suspension Bridge located
at Indian Spring Park - 101 N. University Parks Dr., Waco, TX 76701
• Tournament Games: August 3rd – August 9th at the George W. Bush Little League Leadership
Training Center
CHALLENGER EXHIBITION
• Saturday, August 5th at 10:00a at the George W. Bush Little League Leadership Training Center
AMBASSADOR MEETING
• Thursday, June 22nd at 6:00p at the George W. Bush Little League Leadership Training Center
VOLUNTEER MEETING
• Thursday, July 20th at 6:00p at the George W. Bush Little League Leadership Training Center
