PLEASE CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK PRIOR TO SATURDAY! A book that is not properly put together will be handed back to the coach to be fixed, before it will be re-checked. Rejected books will result in the responsibility of the coach to get the book re-certified at a different time before the team's practice/game schedule may resume.
Rosters, scholastics and books need be completed prior to attending book check on August 24. Team personnel/team parent MUST remain with the book in order for the team to be certified. If the book cannot be certified due to missing mandatory documentation, the players/cheerleaders affected will be suspended until in compliance, the head coach will also be suspended until reinstated by the league and the association is subject to a $100 fine for allowing a participant to practice without proper documentation. Rosters: Certification Rosters should be in your books. (Contact Mary for Help!) Players: Make sure they are in Alpha Order, Photos from last weekend should be printed and placed on the I.D. Cards, Weigh-Ins from last weekend should be on the Rosters. Any player/cheerleader not certified on August 24th will NOT be allowed to participate in the Jamboree on August 31th. Players & Cheerleaders: Participants are not needed at this event unless a football player needs to be weighed. If a participant was not photographed on August 17, associations should take a photo on a white background, and place them in the book.
