Hello FCLL Families,

Thank you for registering your players for our Fall season.  We are excited to get started and seeing all of you at the park.

Our registration process continues with age verification and uniform fitting.

ALL REGISTERED PLAYERS MUST ATTEND ONE OF THE BELOW DATES.
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. ALL PLAYERS WHO DO NOT ATTEND VERIFICATIONS WILL RECIEVE REFUNDS AFTER THE LAST VERIFICATION DATE.

7/28/25 from 6pm - 8:30pm
8/9/25 from 8am - 11am
8/11/25 from 6pm - 8:30pm

What you need to bring:

• Birth Certificate for Age Verification
• Medical Release Form
• Player for uniform Fitting

All other forms to be signed will be on site.
