If you ARE registering a child:
- Step 1: Select sponsorship level when registering your child online. Donation will be included in your total registration fee.
Step 2: Complete an Online Sponsor Form to provide us with business name, logo, contact, etc....

If you have ARE NOT registering a child, already completed registration or prefer to donate separately:
- Step 1: Complete an Online Sponsor Form to select level and provide us with business name, logo contact, etc....
- Step 2: Mail check payable to Middletown Little League P.O. Box 127, Middletown NJ, 07748
