GWMLL General Membership Meeting Announcement

This is a public announcement that the 2020 GWMLL General Membership Meeting will be held:

Thrusday August 13th 2020 at 6:30pm
Location: Max K Rodes Park - Pavilion North of Baseball #1 (Between Baseball & Football)

Hard to believe it is this time of the year already! All league members are invited! As is done every year, the State of the League will be given by our current president Jon Hoppesch, and the 2020 / 2021 Board of Directors will be elected.

If you have ever considered serving on the Board of Directors and have decided this is your year please respond to this email or message Lisa Gates on Facebook or simply show up to the meeting and put your name on the ballot. Serving on GWMLL's BOD is a one year commitment that demands some time but rewards are plenty in working along side hardworking, like minded parents looking to continue to improve and strengthen our league! Also, if you have questions, concerns, or comments that you'd like to share with the membership - this is the venue for you!

Please note, as the new board will be seated BEFORE the conclusion of the current season, the current BOD has agreed to see the end of the season through as it is ever changing. This crossover time will allow new board members a few weeks of observing before jumping in with both feet!We look forward to seeing you at this important event!
