Hello Woodstock Nation!
We are excited to announce that we will be opening registration for the spring season this weekend! We need to do this as our move to the Georgia Middle School league means we start earlier (boys only). We are very excited about our growth and all the great players joining our program. I will be sending a separate email about all the happenings going on behind the scenes.
Important info:
Registration: December 1st through December 21st for 6th, 7th and 8th grade
Cost: $297 - There are discounts for multiple family members playing and there are payment options as well. Includes Uniform, 12-15 game season and Summer Tournament July 13th and 14th. We are working on a few more events and will keep you posted.
(BOYS) Player Assessments - January 5th and 8th to determine team placement. We will have a Parent Team Meeting at the beginning of Jan 5th so please plan to attend. Times TBD.
(BOYS) Practice starts January 15th and we will practice Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday until the season starts. Once games begin we will practice Tuesday and Thursday. It is imperative that your player attend every practice! Times TBD.
(BOYS) Games begin - Tentative February 2nd and we could play Saturdays or Sundays or both each weekend. TBD.
Some notes about the season:
- With the move into this new league comes a higher level of expectation from not only the players, but the coaches and parents as well. To match expectations of the high school program we cannot stress how important it is to show up every practice, give it 100%, be a team player and work on your stick skills outside of practice. The more every player puts into this season, the more successful we will be. We are playing a higher level of competition and we want to prepare our players for that.
- We will face some challenging games and we ask for you (the parent) to be as supportive and as encouraging as you can. At the end of the day, these boys come out to play because they love this game. As coaches, we love this game too. If it stops being fun for the players they will want to quit so it is a fine balance. Our job in the program is to push them and develop them into better players while at the same time growing their love of that game. We can't do that without you.
- While our goal to get all the players as much time on the field as we can, there is no equal play time. The season is built around the practice. How you commit to the practice will have a direct influence on how you play in the game. The game is where we put our best foot forward to show how hard we worked in practice. Give it your all in practice and the results will speak for themselves.

For Middle School Players:
- You will need an up to date US Lacrosse number from USLacrosse.org to register. This ensures compliance with our insurance. If you don't know your number or need to get one, please visit Member Lookup here
- Your US Lacrosse Number must not expire before the end of the season.
- If you registered with us before then you will still have an account in our system. It will also be the same account you will use for the app during the spring season.

*There is an option to purchase new pads (boys) if you are new or need new gear. You can select that option during registration. The cost is $75 for shoulder pads, elbow pads and gloves. If you order pads you will need to email your child's name and equipment size to [email protected]by close of registration.
