We live in an area that sees high temperatures throughout the football and cheer season. Dehydration prevention should be taken seriously by providing your child much needed fluids throughout the day, and throughout the week. The worst thing you can do is allow your child to head off to practice without being properly hydrated. So put a plan together and provide your child a mix of water and reputable sports drinks to replace water and electrolytes.
