BLL Spring 2024 Frequently Asked Questions

Registration Troubleshooting:
Parents, if you are clicking on the registration link without being signed in you will receive a message saying "No Programs are Currently Displayed".  The only way to see the available divisions for your child is to sign in on Sports Connect. Once you are signed in, you will be able to see the divisions available for your child.

The link to sign in (or Register for a Sports Connect account if new to BLL) is in the top right corner of the webpage and looks like this:

Schedule
BLL does not set the schedule for games until after players are rostered.  In general, teams will have 2 regularly scheduled games each week.  For most divisions, that will be 1 weeknight game and 1 game on Saturday (however that can vary based on the # of teams in each division).

Practices schedules (for the pre-season) will be determined by the Manager of each team during the Coaches Meeting with their Division Director.  Therefore, we cannot confirm what days of the week players will be practicing.

Field Locations
Brandywine Little League is fortunate enough to have 2 complexes where our teams play and practice.  Those fields are:

Brandywine Ballpark (corner of Naamans and Marsh Roads)
2507 Marsh Road
Wilmington, DE 19810

Dyer Fields (off of Darley Road below Boys and Girls Club)
Boys and Girls Club Address
500 Darley Road
Claymont, DE 19703
The entrance is down the hill from the Boys and Girls Club (on the same side of Darley Road) before the 95 overpass.

- Tee Ball has historically played their games at Brandywine Ballpark
- Machine Pitch (Double A) plays games at both Brandywine Ballpark and Dyer Fields
- Coach Pitch (Single A), Player Pitch (Triple A), and Majors play their games at Dyer Field
- Juniors and Seniors games are played at Dyer Field, as well as fields at other Little Leagues throughout District 2.

Coaching/Team Requests
We are unable to accept any requests for a specific coach or teammate for AAA, Majors, Juniors and Seniors divisions.  Those teams are chosen based on a coaches draft (for AAA and Majors following tryouts).  Siblings in the same division are guaranteed to be placed on the same team.

For this reason, we do not accept requests for Spring.  f there is a special accommodation needed for your child, please email our player agent at [email protected].
