To enroll your child, complete all questions on Blue Sombrero, using their name as on the birth certificate.  Submit a year-end report card for 2024/2025 (all four quarters) and confirm a physical examination. For new participants, provide the original birth certificate with a raised seal. Payment is required to reserve your child's spot, and a clear picture of your child's head and shoulders (without sunglasses or head covers) must be uploaded.
