Our Cheer program fee for this season will be $150 for athletes ages 3 & 4 (by 7/31/24) and $300 for athletes ages 5 and up. Upon registration, a 50% deposit will be due with the remaining balance due by July 15th. If balance is not paid by July 15th your athlete will be removed from the team roster. 

For athletes ages 5 and older, a uniform fee of $150 will be assessed. This covers a game uniform (top and bottom), sneakers, socks, and bows.

The uniform fee for ages 3 to 4 will be $100 and will not include sneakers, although parents have the option to purchase sneakers for an additional $45. Uniform fees will be due at the time of uniform sizing. We accept payment via cash or check. Uniforms cannot be ordered without payment being made in full.

Please remember that Pop Warner has established minimum and maximum roster sizes and registration is accepted on a first come first served basis. For the 2024 Fall Cheer season we will be accepting ages 3 years old to 16 year olds. Those registering after a teams' roster is at maximum will be added to a waitlist. 

The Organization will continue to monitor registration and waitlist to consider options for arranging for as many athletes as possible to participate. This could mean moving athletes to other teams within the Pop Warner allowable age brackets or splitting teams. Once registration is closed athletes will be added to their respective teams by the Cheer Coordinator and Cheer Committee. Once teams are made you will be notified via email. The Organization has exclusive decision-making responsibility over team assignments.  

Note: High School athletes registering with OWYAA will be added to a *new* Varsity team. If there are not enough registrants at this level and OWYAA is unable to form a team, those participants will be notified as such and refunded.

Water-Oak Pop Warner, as a member of the Northern CT Pop Warner Division, offers a tackle football program for athletes ages 7 through 13 (age on 7/31 of the current year determines your “football age”). Our season begins on August 1. Our program strives to ensure a safe and positive playing environment for all participants. Pop Warner does not allow try-outs and registration is accepted on a first come first serve basis. Our tackle program fee for this season will be $300. Upon registration, a deposit of $150 will be due with the remaining balance due by June 30. If balance is not paid by June 30^th your athlete will be removed from the team roster. Water-Oak Pop Warner will provide each athlete a game jersey, practice jersey, shoulder pads, helmet, and a mouthguard (jerseys, pads and helmet to be returned at the end of the season). The athlete’s families are responsible for separately providing their athletes black integrated football pants, cleats, and a water bottle.
