Registration Information

Please Contact Us to sign up for the 2023 season! Cheer registration is closed, but we are still accepting registration for football!

You will need: 

• To fill out a Participant Contract (Link Below).

• The Birth Certificate of any NEW Player or Cheerleader.

Registration Fee:

• $200.00 Derby Resident, $225.00 Non-Derby Resident For Tackle Football & Cheerleading

• $125.00 for Flag Football

• $100.00 For Jr. Tiny Mite Cheer

By August 1st, 2023 you will need: 

• To have had a physical after 8/1/22 and have the Physical Form (Link Below) filled out by your doctor by August 1st, 20223 to begin practice.

• Report Card for 2022 -2023 school year with all 4 marking periods.
