Player Registration Process, Program Information, and Links to Required Forms

The boundaries of the Central Vermont Little League (“Local League”) include the following nine towns: Berlin, Cabot, Calais, East Montpelier, Middlesex, Marshfield, Plainfield, Worcester, and Montpelier (see boundary map). Players who meet the residency requirements of these towns can register in the Local League.

Parents can register players any time after February 20th, 2017. This can be done in either of two ways:
1. In-person at the Montpelier Recreation Department (MRD), 58 Barre St., Montpelier. Office hours are M - F, 9 AM - 4 PM, or forms can be securely deposited in an after hour drop-box.
2. In-person at their town registration (see below - dates / times / locations at the discretion of the Town Representative).
Online registration is not available in 2017, but links to forms are available below.

First, refer to the Little League age charts for baseball and softball to determine "League Age"

Next, players should submit SIGNED copies of the three (3) required forms:

Little League Baseball and Softball MEDICAL RELEASE - note that some information is duplicated on the Player Registration Form, but the medical release is mandatory, and must accompany players during games and practices

Fees for 2017 are as follows:

4305	T-Ball for 4 - 7 year olds	$40

Please make checks payable to Central Vermont Little League
A $10 late fee applies after April 1, 2017

Completed forms and payment can be returned to Town Representatives, or the Montpelier Recreation Department office at 58 Barre St., Montpelier.
