Football Equipment Pickup Dates

Time for Football Equipment Pick Ups!

Please read this carefully (especially the “you will need” section). You will need :

1) The player must be in attendance at the time of pick up. We need to fit the equipment on the player.
2) A deposit check for $150.00 made payable to N.I.F.A. (This is a separate check from when you paid to register your child. This check will not be cashed unless you do not return the equipment at the end of the football season.)
3) The following forms below-
    a) Copy of Birth Certificate
    b) TWO copies of the 4th period FINAL report card (All Pages that contain grades. Including music, gym, etc.)
    c) Pop Warner physical signed by doctor after 1/1/19. We cannot accept generic physical forms from the doctor. If you have not had a physical yet, many Pharmacy stores have a clinic that will do sports physicals (see link below)
    d) Completed player contract (see link below)
    e) Wallet size photo

We need to have ALL of the forms for equipment pickup. If anything is missing we cannot give your player equipment. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Pick Up Dates for equipment will be July 29th-July 31st from 6:15-8:00.

Equipment will not be handed out while practices are taking place starting August 1st. The equipment room will be open before and after practices for new signups. It is highly recommend to make the dates above to avoid missing any practice time.
As a reminder all teams (besides the 5/6 Instructional) will start practice on August 1st at 6:00. The 5/6 Instructional team will start on August 12th (tentatively). For the Jr. Pee Wee age group, kids will practice together until teams are picked. This will allow the coaches enough time to evaluate the kids for the A, B and C teams at the Jr. Pee Wee level. Once closer to the start of the season we will send out screen shots on where each age group will be practicing.
